The modular concept of the AL series VETRACO assembly solution allows the line to be configured based on the real production needs of each Customer by using automatic modules (glue spraying, pans loading, applicator insertion, lid closing, labelling unit….) or manual stations.
Any module can also be installed on the line afterwards.
Manual modules can be replaced any time without major modification to the line layout; this allows to increase the line automation level when production numbers justify the investment.
