Semi-automatic mascara cap & stem assembly machine model as r10 s

Semi-automatic rotary machine for the assembly of 2 piece mascara/lip gloss applicator composed of cap and stem/brush assembly. Press fit assembly or with hot melt glue. Manual cap and stem loading. The machine is fully mechanical with a very limited use of compressed air, all mechanical movements are driven by a single motor. This solution drastically reduces the power consumption up to 60% compared to a traditional electro-pneumatic system.

Production output: 40 pieces per minute.
